(Mostly) Human Resources
Working in HR wasn’t exactly what Alexys had in mind when she joined Entity—the company that manages the world’s monsters and cyptids. But after her father was lost on the job, managing a team from the office felt like the safest way to honour his legacy. That is, until an annual exercise drags Alexys into the field, completely unprepared for what’s waiting. To make matters worse, her infuriatingly charming work rival, Nic, crashes her assignment with his own hidden agenda: to track a truly terrifying undocumented monster.
But the Appalachians don’t give up their secrets easily, and what lurks in the woods after
dark is far more deadly than either of them bargained for.

About the Author
Having been raised on the edge of the Appalachian Mountains by a pair of bookworms, Grace Viall can usually be found in a randomly selected state park or forest gathering inspiration for her monster-filled fantasy projects. Grace currently lives in Maryland with her husband and two dogs and is an avid reader and book hoarder. She grew up with a grandfather who loved to spin stories around campfires, and that love of storytelling has stayed with her as she pursues her career as an author. Grace’s hope is to give a new life to old stories but with her own special twist.
