About the Author
C.R. Averett (she/her) is a former editor at Little, Brown Books for Young Readers and JIMMY Patterson Books, and now works in production at Running Press/Hachette. She has a master’s degree in English and Creative Writing and a BFA in dance performance, and grew up in the middle of the forest in a small town in upstate NY you’ve probably never heard of, on top of a hill you’ll probably never find. She is represented by Amy Bishop-Wycisk at Trellis Literary Management.
